Supreme court judgments on wife's Maintainable suits if jobless and unemployed husband filed divorce case which is still pending, where wife is well educated and also capable for get a job and also drops some job after joining. This is hindu family and Ghazipur District Uttar Pradesh issue.
I would like to know where you have file the case is it in Ghaziabad or some other City also tell me whether she has gone to supreme court to get maintenance I don't think it is feasible for any women to go to supreme court to get maintenance when she already knows that you are not earning at all so what if she is allowed a maintenance how much is going to do that would not even able to heal your fees for supreme court filling even number of years
