Suggestion regarding the grounds for divorce

I’ve been married for 9 years but separated from my husband for 7 years due to work abroad. There’s no abuse, but I want a divorce due to incompatibility and distance. My husband is unwilling to agree.
What grounds can I file under, and And what Evidences would I need in this case ? Please suggest how do I proceed without consent?

Your marriage seems to be irretrievably broken due to incompatibility. Thus, he made you to desert him for the last seven years and you are staying separately. Thus, you can claim divorce even through your Power of Attorney in Indian Family Court in the district from which you are having permanent residence or the residence of your husband.
