Successful instance of Quashing of 498A (preferably in Mumbai)

Has anyone been able to successfully get a baseless 498A FIR quashed (preferably in Mumbai high court). Just to clarify, it should not be a case of quashing because of settlement but quashing because the FIR was ridiculous - very vague, omnibus allegations, claims which are provably false even on a prima facie basis, no mention of dowry demand). If so, can anyone refer the case details and judgement and lawyer involved from the petitioner side. Many thanks in advance.

Yes it is possible to successfully quash the 498a case FIR. It is possible to quash the FIR merely on the basis of allegations. It certainly depends upon the facts and circumstances of each case as well.
