What is included in streedhan? Muze jo shadi me in-laws and husband ne gold and silver pehnaye the wo unhone nikal liye aur muze manipulate kar ke ghar se nikala. Mai ghar chod ke chali jau isliye mere husband ne bahot mentally and physically abuse kiya fir muze 100 no. Dial kar ke police ki help leni padi fir bhi muze husband ke dar ke wajah se ghar chodna pada aur police me complaint karna pda by IPC 323,504,506.Aur parents k ghar jana pada. Now I want to go my matrimonial house and get back my all streedhan and all my rights as wife. May I go directly?

you file a case of domestic violence and get order of residence and prptection from the court and then go and also you can get back all your streedhan which you recieved at the time of the marriage and then you can het everything you want from the court and that will be proper and safe

Dear Queriest yes you can go directly to your matrimonial house and take all your streedhan, if it doesn't work then we can get the same through courts order also you are suggested to file Domestic violence against your husband and inlaws. for more information about the same kindly call me.
