Streedhan recover and domestic violation information

Sir I become widow in 2018 and after my father took back all gift articles and streedhan and now my parents deny to give me back those articles. And they torture me so I file a fir against them. But now what to do to recover my streedhan.

Streedhan is the absolute property of a married women. She has the absolute right over it. No one can take it away from you. Even parents do not have the right or power to take it away. You can file a criminal case against them as well as a civil case for recovery of your streedhan.
