Stopping monthly allumni and permanent divorce

Can a Sikkimese girl do a govt job in Sikkim before getting divorced when she is married to a boy from West bengal according to their state marriage act. At present staying separated from husband after courts order of " agreement of separation" and receiving allumni every month from husband. Will this agreement of separation create problem if the boy want to get married afterwards. Pl guide as the boy wants a permanent divorce and stopping monthly allumni.

dear client as per your query since the lady is doing job then yes she can do job but as per your query you want permanent divorce without paying maintenance you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...
