Stayed separate from husband due to short temper now want to come back

11-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had arranged marriage last feb. I stayed with my husband for 2 months and we had fights over small things. Our honeymoon was bad. These things were arising mostly because i had entered into the marriage half heartedly and we both loved someone else before though cleared it to each other before marriage.but i have been from a joint family brought up in mumbai and he belonged to a place in bihar now living in bangalore. I was not able to adjust. He was very short tempered and used to react very furiously over things. I haven't gone back to him. But i want to work it out now. What can be done?

Since you desire to reconcile and continue with your marriage, it would be advisable to sort out the issue amicably through a common platform of friends/family/community. Initiation of legal recourses should be a matter of resort if this above attempt fails.

If you wish to go for divorce you can send a legal notice to your husband thru advocate for mutual consent divorce. If both parties agree for mutual consent divorce you can after filing a joint petition in the court get the same in six months. If possible you can contact personally for consulting (consultancy chgs rs 300/- only) with full facts of your case.
