You need to file a revision petition with appropriate higher court (eg., session court of high court against the interim maintenance order. You must present sufficient legal grounds to the court to convince them to grant a stay .

If an interim order has been passed against you in a divorce/matrimonial case and you want to get a stay urgently, the proper remedy is to file an appeal/revision before the higher court (generally District Judge or High Court depending on the order). You can move an urgent application along with your appeal, requesting stay/suspension of the interim order till final hearing. Courts usually entertain urgent stay applications if you can show irreparable loss, financial hardship, or misuse of process. Keep certified copy of the interim order ready and approach the higher forum immediately through your lawyer.

for taking stay on interim order you should come to High court in 482 to stay or quashing of the order in that matter. Go to high court as early as possible in your matter. High court has the power to stay the interim order

you can move stay order and question order in the Honable High Court if there will be a good ground and good reason High Court definitely will quash or will stay the order. Actually now a days maintenance order is being granted and family courts are doing arbitrary order directing sho to arrest the respondent , but High court are much vigilant , go and get it stayed.
