Stay in CRPC 125 case in family court possibe??????????????? ??

i want to know is there any provision by which i can get stay from HC in 125 case just like its provided in 498a case

yes you can get proceeding stay from the high court if your case fit for it. need to challenge the proceedings start against you. where is all cases pending against you and from where you belongs. for more information you can contact us.
