If you want a stay and you haven't already paid any maintenance yet, you can file for revision petition before the high court along with it you can file an interim application for the stay of recovery warrant until the matter is decided.

Hi. Have you preferred an criminal revision against the maintaince order ? You should prefer a revision against order and pray for stay. If you can share the order, will be in a better position to assist you.

U can file a petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India by filling Miscellaneous petition in High court mentioning ur grounds . U can mention ur reasons for staying the warrant before the High court .Contact me for any help.

aap right reason dijiye court me aapka stay ho jayega re overy kitne kii jhai rashi batayen or aap kya krte hain vo bhi btaye aapki saadi abhi chal rhi ya divorce ho chik hai ya hine ki koi possibility
