Status: Order not uploaded by concerned court

02-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My divorce case is showing status as 'Case disposed' and Nature of disposal - 'Uncontested--Decreed Ex Parte'. However for the final order section in ecourt service website it says 'Order not uploaded by concerned court'. How long does it take to upload the order online?

If a court order is not uploaded to the court's website, it simply means the official judgment or decision is not yet available online. This delay can occur due to administrative backlogs, technical issues, or specific court policies regarding publication. If you urgently need access to the order, you can contact the court?s registry, request it through your advocate, or apply for a certified copy from the court. This ensures you have an official and legally valid version of the order, even if it is not yet posted online.

Generally the updating is done within 2 days from the date of order of the Learned Court. Usually a day more, but it doesn't take more than a total of 3 days in total. You should consult your Ld. Lawyer for further clarification.
