Status of Transfer Case From Supreme court to District Judge Bangalor

Religion - Hindu My wife file a transfer suite in supreme court 1958/2023 to transfer the divorce case court from Kolkata to Bangalore . The transfer order was given by supreme court lawyer to Bangalore district court . I want to know the current case number in Bangalore ,court name and other details

Hello, You can try the CIS system( ECOURTS ) to find our the case or better you talk to a local lawyer who can help. You should also receive notices from the Family Court about the proceedings soon after the process starts there
