spouse not ready for mutual divorce

its been 3.5 years of marriage,ther is no adjustment between us, i being a girl aged 30 need to start my life, and career is very important for me, i am not able to concentrate on my career, but he is not ready for divorce.kindly suggest me

Dear Madam, You may get issue a legal notice calling upon him to surrender for mutual divorce failing which you have to file contested divorce and other multiple cases. You must create forcible circumstances so that he surrender before you and you can both file mutual divorce.

if your husband is not ready for divorce than you can file for contesting divorce along with maintenance and to get divorce soon you can go for domestic violence case against them so that they will give you divorce soon
