Solution for not getting divorce and not willing to live together

Dear sir, my wife is not staying with me for last two years and she is not willing to give divorce to me and willing to continue her marriage life with me. In this situation what can I do ?

you can send a legal notice seeking restitution of conjugal rights. by this you can ask your wife to restore conjugal home for which your wife may sent a reply either wishing to continue or sever the marriage. further course of action can be decided at later point of time.

Hi with reference to your law rato request. regarding to your matrimonial dispute against your wife. based on perusal of your short notes. if you are interested to continue the relationship with your wife. you can initiate notice for restitution and also file petition for restitution congigual right before the appropriate jurisdiction of nearest family court . hope with this I clarified legal position. so there is a possibility for amicable settlement. this are the above relief available in law
