Sister in law threatening false 498a & dvc cases.

Iam living in usa,came to india for two months I hv my flight in a week,now my sister in law who separated from my brother for almost 2 years,now threatening my brother and our family to files a 498a & dvc cases.Does this cases stopped me to went back to usa?Does this cause me any problem?

hi if she had filed any cases against you and your brother family members then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR and that you could go back to USA as it is a family matter and if there is any problem then you could approach court
