Sister in law harassment and demanding my baby to give her as adoption

I married 4 years ago,I am staying with my hus, Mil and Sil. My mil daily abuses me without any reason & always demands to stay away from my parents, if I don't listen her son will divorce me or file false cases on my family,mil demanded to give my baby to my sil,i came to my home for delivery,we asked them to come and discuss about all issues but they refused,demanding me come home by leaving my parents forever, if I go there they will take my kid and use me as maid, already 9 months gone

hi if you want to stay with your husband then you could file petition in court for restitution of conjugal rights and if the inlaws aee harassing you then you could file petition for domestic violence in court
