I am sister in India, Varanasi, brother lives abroad in Europe(work permit) Indian Passport Holder. My sister-in-law has filed false DV,498a, 125 packages.
Since my sister in law is living next to next colony to mine, can I also file false violence, robbery cases against her and her family, so that they come to senses and remove their cases?
Lawyer is advising and says medical also he will attach.
Any issues if proven wrong in worst case? Kindly guide, so stressed, want to help my brother.
