my sister got a second notice from her husband so what we do now ?

Notice of divorce should be replied according to whatever defenses you have.
Not replying will be assumed that you are accepting the content of their notice.

Dear client if notice is through lawyer then yr sister can ignore it. But if divorce notice is send by court then she have to appear in the court and have ti put her side before court otherwise court will grant divorce to her husband. For any legal help call me

It will deo3nd on what are the contents of the notice and what are the allegations against your sister in the notice.
The Advocate will be in better position to prepare the reply to the Notice only after reading the notice.

You can reply to that notice through your ADV. Or else she can also wait until her husband approaches to Court. And till the time she will get notice from the court. At that time she has to appear in that case otherwise exparte order will be passed against your sister and purpose of of her husband will be serverd.

hello, i have been through your query and i think that you should sent a reply to the husband as per the notice and also file a domestic violence case m!against the husband to create immense pressure on the husband for this act and get divorce from him.
