sir.We nts and my son live separately only.nHow can daughter inlaw add our names though we're senior citizens.nThe case is going on for one and half years .Till now no enquiry about the false statements against us.nWe and my son didn't do any harm to her ..nWe hadn't get a chance to explain our grievances and situations...to Judge.nShe is the only daughter and they've sufficient money and she worked before and after marriage..nKindly guide us n1)how to finish early.n2) What can we do ..Thank u

You can file a discharge petition. The result of the petition would in any case, depend on the full facts of the case. A Crl. O. P. petition can also be filed before High Court. However we would need the full facts and documents for a detailed answer.
