Sir, my husband is not care of family my son from the day onwards of our marriage. As iam working women i only take care of all family responsibilities from beginning. He wont give single penny to me even after having family counseling s many times. Now he got his ancestors property. One he already sold and don't know what he did with that money. I am fed up with him and feel insecure hence want to get seperated. Will i can get property from him for my and my son maintenance. And how much.

hi you could file for maintenance case if he is not looking after you well for your and your son needs and could also file domestic violence cases against him for obtaining compensation if he is not treating you well
