Sir/ madam. Iam married but not legally registered. Now i want divorce. We are agreeing joint petition. But current there is no response from hus side. I have 2 sons. 1 is 2 and half yr old and other is 8 months. My older son is under hus custody. They didn't give me. What i do. Is it possible to child under custody?

yes you will get the child custody. no worry a about the marriage certificate joint petition can file before the family court we can provide some other evidences to existence of the marriage may contact me for more clarification

you can move before family court for divorce.. later when husband turns up you can convert the case to joint divorce petition. in the case of child custody you have to file petition to declare you as the guardian of children stating that if custody is given to husband their future will be ruined and quote incidents to support your case.
