Sir i have filed divorce petition and for past three years case is going on. No written reply from respondent. recently respondent appear stating written reply to submittedI still don't want to continue my divorce petition whether transfer of divorce petition to Lok Adalat will be helpful in quick disposal of petition and what will happen in lok Adalat

if your dispute is settled then case will be dispose off other wise case will stand remain. if you want to settled dispute then go to lok addalat otherwise you have your choice.. if you settled your dispute it will save your time and money. decision is your's. need more info cantact me.

Firstly you need to object their written reply on the basis of delay and pray to pass no ws order against respondent. In Lok adalat you can try to amicably settle matter between both the parties.
