Sir I file transfer cmp to move case from trichy to Chennai. My husband filed divorce petition in trichy. Unexpectedly my parents moved to trichy. So can I file transfer cmp again to transfer case from Chennai to trichy stating my parents are here and I don’t have anyone in Chennai? Also if it’s possible I have to file transfer cmp in trichy or Chennai?

If the transfer cmp is pending then you can simply withdraw the transfer petition by stating reasons. If the transfer petition is disposed of then either you can continue with the case in Chennai or you have to file transfer petition again in Chennai. I need information on whether the divorce case was already transferred to Chennai court or not?
