Sir I am divorced man how I escape from maintenance in India.

Sir I am divorced man I pay 500000 rupee par month maintance so what if I escape india and go to America or UK for not pay maintenance can this statergy work. What indian government do if in this situation I don't pay maintenance. Please reply.
Evading from the order of the court would creat more problems for you as this will issue contempt notice against you by the court. Running away will not suffice. In case of non payment of maintenance, the court may declare you an absconder and can also attach your property, if any, for recovering the amount due.
