Single mom of a 5 month old baby

My husband and I did not get along well since the 2nd day of our marriage. He never really cared for me and I never felt welcomed in the family. The match came through Christian matrimony app. He and my in-laws abused me mentally and emotionally. One day he and my mother-in-law tried to beat me and asked me out of their house when I was 6 months pregnant. He wanted a mutual divorce because our marriage did not work out as they expected. He got me pregnant without my consent and then wanted to abort after 4 months when I began to embrace the pregnancy. Eventually I was delivered of a baby girl. He came to the hospital on the 2nd day after numerous phone calls but did not touch the baby and never saw her again. The baby is 5 months old now and he never cared even to ask how she is. I refused to go back to him as he never cared for me and my daughter. He sent an advocate recently to try for divorce. I am not willing to give up my baby no matter what. So what are my rights in this regard?
