Should i file transfer petition or not

Divorce case filed by husband within 3-4 months of marriage in gujarat, i am in parental house (punjab). How many times i have to go gujarat if i dont transfer case? As it is filed within 1year of marriage, it will get rejected, transfering it will be beneficial cost & effort wise?Fees for transfer petition by SC lawyer?

you may surely file a transfer petition. if you are not working or donnot have any financial support from your husband, those are good grounds for the allowing of a transfer petition. rest can be said only after discussing the facts of you case.

hello mam as i can see ur query is very much sensitive question as you are thinking tht the case of your husband will get rejected auyomatically tht is wrong it may go against you as well. and you can suffer huge losses due to this mistake. secondly as case is been filled im gujrat then in most of the date you need to appear in your case to defend your self. as you are asking about befits of transphering the case is much more as compare to not transphering the case . for your fees of transpher and efforts you need to contact us directly with full documents then we can advice on tht.
