She requested to the court club the both cases together and solve it

My wife filed sec9, I filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with her. Both submitted proofs within the same court. She requested to the court club the both cases together and solve the issue ASAP. I have signed that document. Is there any problem for that? or they doing mind game?

can avoid the multiplicity of proceedings and multiplicity of judgements they can't club the cases together in a common cause of action reverse is the case for divorce and your wife is a case for restitution of conjugal rights so the nature and the cause of action arising out of the kz 1 and the same so the court can club the case together
