Shall i file a case for counselling to my husband

Having one son and now am in 2nd pregnancy. Husband asking divorce and beating me severely for a arguement every 2 months. Even he beated me when i was first time pregnant itself and always using to force me from him suicidal words which hurts me strongly. Its happening continously for a 2 years. He mentally affects a lot from him childhood because of their parents. I dont want to initiate for a divorce because of my child. Shall i file a case or initiate for counselling to my husband ?

You don't have option for mediation without any petition to the courts. If he has thrown you out you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and wherein you can seek for mediation. For free consultation you can contact me.
