Settlement, living separate, Mentinance,

Settlement before 15 years, settlement draff given to me and given to court is different. My signature done buy my wife. My wife and his advocate cheet me. What can I do.

If you are sure about the fraud played with you by submitting different draft to the court than what was given to you and signature was also bogus done on behalf you by your wife then report it to the concerned court and take action

Hello if it is all done on affidavit then you should immediately file a perjury complaint with same court or with its registrar by seeking directions to register perjury case against them, you have to obtain certified copies of these affidavits or copies of settlement.
