Separation or agreement for the marriage

01-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I am married to a girl when working in UK and it happened between only two us. There were no witness or officially recorded it.. we were in our own terms.. now want to part ways. Is there anything can be done to separate without filing for the divorce? kind of agreement that both won’t come into each other ways in future in any means? Both of us are currently outside UK. Your advice is much appreciated! Thanks

if a person is not married in legal terms then they are not husband and wife when a person is not a husband and wife they must not need to obtain a divorce degree for future marriage so nearly department is sufficient no device is necessary
