Separation issue since we got our married, nd it's a daily life hurdle

I got my marriage in may 23 but i never being physical with my wife as i was not agree with dat girl but my parents nd social pressure force me to do it. Still, I'm not able to intimate with her boz he has severe scars, acne, pimples on her face dats what i feel lil libido against her even not. Nd moreover she want me to live seperate from my parents where I'm not agree. She threatened me for dowry act. Both we are ageing together 35 respectively. What should i do.. Can we thought for the divorc

If ur wife is threatening u to live separately and implicating u in a false dowry case then u it is better that u file a divorce case against her on ground of mental cruelty as forcing u to live separately comes under mental cruelty. If u have some proofs ,for ex any messages etc from ur wife threatening u then it is a very good evidence . Be careful she can file a case against u as u have not made any physical contact with her and that cones under domestic violence .Contact me for any help.

You cannot file divorce case within one year of marriage. Her act of separating you from your parents is cruelty but you have to wait for the period of one year to file divorce. for further guidance in your matter please contact me over phone or visit my office by taking a prior appointment.
