separation agreement filing process?

we belong to hindu religion. husband not living with me since 2 years. where do I have to file the separation agreement? . i mean, not a judicial separation. just separation agreement. is it just written in plain paper and each of husband and wife keep in their custody?

Hello, I have perused your query. As per the law their is no such agreement that is called a separation agreement. However, you have an option of forwarding your terms to your husband by way of sending a legal notice which can be kept as a record for future reference.
