Hi, Sir/mam, I separated from my husband 10yrs back. How can i take divorce from my husband what are my rights?

Since you have been residing away from your husband for such a long period, you can file for divorce on the grounds of Desertion .

General it needs only one Year to live apart from husband. You need to have sufficient evidence that you lived for such 10 years. Moreover, if seek any relief then you need to provide that you have a child if any. Seeking maintenance of such divorce
