Separated and only maintenance being paid

Hi, I am separated since 2018 and also have been able to apply for maintenance and was awarded a 25k per month which is not sufficient for renting and other expenses. Have a 13 year old daughter. Also, the monthly mental torture of reminding him to pay maintenance is increasing. I would like to cut complete ties and seek full.custody of my child. Will I still be eligible for alimony. Please help.

as per your query you are not satisfied with the amount you are getting as maintenance, you can apply for increase in the maintenance amount, and i think you are having custody of child and your husband is having visiting rights, the visiting rights cannot be taken away as both parents have equal rights, the court will deny visiting rights only if you are able to prove that such visiting or meeting wil be dangerous for the child or will be harmful to the child.

Dear Madam, Child Custody and alimony are different subjects. You will full Custody of female child and also alimony which is determined on the basis of your husband's monthly income and immovable properties.
