It’s called restitution if conjugal rights Maam.. that is again for the court to decide so you cannot just depend on a notice.. you should go ahead and take an action through the court.. Rest is just me trying to complete 200 words required to make send this message

If you were forced to leave the matrimonial home due to threats or harassment and have already sent a legal notice under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act expressing your willingness to resume cohabitation, the husband’s failure to respond or take you back can be relevant in subsequent proceedings. You should preserve the legal notice, proof of service, his reply (if any), messages and other evidence regarding the threats and your willingness to return. Depending on the facts, appropriate proceedings for protection, residence, maintenance or other matrimonial reliefs may also be considered. Please share the legal notice, proof of delivery and other relevant documents on WhatsApp for detailed review, so the appropriate legal remedy and next step can be advised.

Since you state that you left the matrimonial home because of threats from your husband, you should preserve evidence of those threats for your Divorce petition. His refusal to resume cohabitation despite your request may also be relevant in the proceedings. If you do not wish to continue living with him you may proceed with the divorce.

you already send legal notice... discuss your lawyer and file maintenance petition, domestic violence application or you can also file petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal right along with sec 24 for interim maintenance...

File a formal Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (Section 9) in the Family Court since he ignored your legal notice. To counter his false letter and threats, you should also consider filing a case under the Domestic Violence Act for your protection, alongside a claim for financial maintenance.
