30-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hindu, brahmin family.. My sibling married for 4 years now and has 3.5 years daughter. He is completely tired of the wife's condition at home. Wife is always away from taking house hold responsibilities, laziness to an extent which cant be described in words, and these days if anybody gives her valid suggestion, then she acts on her husband, she beats him too. Absolutely irresponsible in each and every domestic duties. Every day , every minute husband has to force her 1000 times what/how things should be done in kitchen, keep the house clean, manage the simple domestic chores on time etcc..then also she is unwilling to follow them..Husband is going completely mad and doesnot want to come back home to this wife's bad cooperation at every stage of life.. HE wants to legally separate from her and take cae of his life, profession peacefully for the sake of child's future. Also wife is obese and health issues have started, but she is not ready to go for YOGA, Walking etc, any advices?

You have to file Petition before Family Court on serving the Notice and Hearing on her only the Court will pass the order after due processes of law. If she fails to appear before the court on rrecipt of Summon from the court, then the court will pass ex-party orders.
