Seeking legal advise for my daughter who has been married in 2019

My daughter s facing martimony problems with her husband in chennai. So We brought her back to nashik. Nw he has sent a notice asking her to join him within 10 days and claiming conjugal rights. How shd we go about it?

If she doesn't want to cohabit with him then you may file cases against him at Nashik under domestic violence act and an FIR under sections of IPC. If a notice is sent to her then she may respond to that notice through a counsel.

You need to send a reply notice stating about terms and conditions of your daughter and her husband staying together or you need to reply why she doesn't want to stay with her husband stating what is next relief about the marriage you need. that is divorce or other terms if she is wiling to stay with him
