Seeking Legal Advice for Marital Conflict and Threats

I recently got married and am facing serious issues. My wife is very controlling, checking my phone, accusing me of affairs with my sister because of speaking with her, and speaking badly about my family. During an argument, I lost control and hit her. Now she and her family are threatening police action and saying they'll get me fired. She demands I cut ties with my family to live with her. I require legal advice on my rights and how to proceed in this situation.

if your marriage is within last one year and not consummated you can even file for nullity. you consummated you can only file for divorce on the ground of cruelty but for that the marriage should be at restore 1 years old and you should have lived separately for 1 year. you can take a personal consultation with me for other options.
