Seeking a safe place for me and my son to live peacefully. Reimbursement of the financial expense I have done towards the betterment of lives since 2013. My dignity and my pride back. Sole custody of my Son and my spouse legally punished for his acts of cruelty towards us.

Your query is a bit incomplete but still require more information for complete understanding. You can file complaint against your husband for his recent cruelty but Unfortunately In Indian laws there is no such penal punishment in matrimonial disputes. But filing complaint will be helpful to you seek a peaceful separation. You can file a domestic violence complaint too for reimbursement of your financial expenses and compensation.

Well of course, your Spouse will get punished for the alleged acts of Cruelty committed by him against you. You can apply to seek Sole Custody of your Son in the concerned Family Court. Moreover, on the ground of cruelty, you can file a DV Case against your Husband and can seek Divorce too.
