Seeking guidance on the ground of extra maritial affair

I am 35 married male. I have an extra marital affair from few years with a married woman who is also a mother of a 6 year old daughter. We expressed our feelings to our partners about it and would like to divorce them. Both our partners are treating us for mental harassment case and are also threatening to ruin our careers and do several police case. If case is done what should we do? We simply want to get out of our current marriage, do we have to pay any penalty?

Well, I can suggest you how you can happily get married with that married woman by convincing his Husband to Divorce her. I can also suggest you how you can seek Divorce from your Partner by convincing her to Divorce you legally.

Obviously your extra marital affair amounts to cruelty to your current spouses and therefore they may very well file cases against you. As for you people, you will have to deny extra marital relationship and need to file divorce case
