Seeking for divorcee from an untrustworthy and gender biased husband.

Hello,
I want to take divorcee from my husband. He is an untrustworthy man I found out immediately after my marriage. He kept his past secret and was still in touch with his ex for many months. It took me lot of effort and stress to stop him doing so. Still not sure, if he has stopped.
Also, last year we had a baby girl. I found that he is very gender biased and keep on thinking about having baby boy. He has shared this with his family and friends and I find it insulting. I feel, my daughter is going o suffer a lot if I still keep on staying with this man. Can I contest for divorcee...?
I don't think he will agree for mutual. Shud I leave his house or keep staying??
You can file for contested divorce on the basis of cruelty. The facts narrated by you amounts to mental cruelty. If you keep staying in the same house, it will undermine your version pf facts before the concerned court.
