Seeking for divorce due to mental harasment

Can i get divorce due to mental harasment? nAlmost every day She is asking to do something but as my income is not so high I am unable to fulfill her dream so she get offended and give me mental harasment that my income is low

Yes you can apply for divorce on ground of mental cruelty. Mental cruelty is one of the ground for applying divorce on the ground of cruelty. Both physical and mental cruelty are grounds for divorce. The day to day happenings has to be described properly.
