With deep regret and trauma I am bound to write this here. I joined Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited on 01-10-2021 with emp id 266607. After serving for 1 Year and 7 months I had applied for resignation from my services on 17th May, 2023 and accordingly my last working day was 17th June, 2023. Due to some unforeseen reasons in my family I couldn\'t serve the 1 month notice period, in lieu of which I am ready to pay in amount. Now company has terminated me and denied relieving letter.

Talk to you company. Send an email and tell your company that you are ready to pay the amount in lieu of one month notice period. Also ask them the relieving letter and if they don’t provide you can challenge the termination order before Labour Commissioner.

Q: Seeking for divorce due to mental harasment

Can i get divorce due to mental harasment? \nAlmost every day She is asking to do something but as my income is not so high I am unable to fulfill her dream so she get offended and give me mental harasment that my income is low

Yes you can apply for divorce on ground of mental cruelty. Mental cruelty is one of the ground for applying divorce on the ground of cruelty. Both physical and mental cruelty are grounds for divorce. The day to day happenings has to be described properly.

Q: Alimony query as a working woman

My husband have sent me notice for divorce. I am a working woman. I have replied that without alimony I cannot give my consent for divorce. As a working woman will I get the alimony

Yes even as an working women you are entitled to receive alimony. If you have child and you are maintaining the child your husband has to pay for the maintenance of the child as well. There are various criteria for alimony it depends on case to case basis.

Q: Submitted fake certificate 7 years back and terminated.

In 2015 I got a govt job of contractual assistant L. P. Teacher in which I have submitted fake Dl. Ed. Certificate and was terminated after 1 month and no further action was taken. Now in 2023 again I got a govt job of Teacher in high school, this time I submitted all genuine Documents. Now if other applicants did RTI against me and file case against me to take legal action, will I loss my present job? Will I be punished for submitting fake certificate 7 years back? Please clarify the matter.

You will not be punished and no harm can be done to you as you have submitted all genuine documents. Even if they do RTI they will not get any fake documents and as such they cannot take any legal action against you. Your earlier job was different and the present job is different.

My previous employer has sent a threatening email saying they will proceed with legal action against me if I don\'t submit the asset in 2 days. Whereas the IT dept have told that the asset will be picked up from my location and vendor will contact me.\nWhat should I do in this case?

Write a reply mail to your employer informing him about the same that as per discussion with the IT department the asset will be picked up from your location and vendor will contact you. Also attach any such email with IT department if available with you.
