my husband leave me at my parents house in feburary 28/2015 and never come back , I have a daughter , can I filled for divorce and can got rights for my daughter . how I ask for financial support for my daughter from my husband.
If you want to go back to him file case under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. If you want divorce then you can file divorce case. Also file case for maintenance for self if you don't have sufficient income and also for daughter even you have income.
