Seeking Divorce and Support for Daughter's Education

09-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
At 16, I married and faced domestic violence, later pursuing education at my parents'. Now, with a daughter, 17, needing funds for her studies, can she legally compel her lawyer father, who expertly divorced me after three years of marriage and remarried, to support her education? He is well-known lawyer now at Raipur

yes madam your daughter can file a case for maintenance for her educational expenses and to meet out other expenses. though your husband is a lawyer is bound to provide financial support to the child.
