Seeking advice fo the separation legally

We are muslims.Its been 1year 9months being married to him.He has approached to jamat for the separation but i want to take it legally. How do i take things further and if legally how long will it take for the process.

you can file mutual diviorce in COURT both have to file the mutual consent divorce in the family court if both have decided means both decide costume you can approach to lawyer both agreed to go for legally go for lawyer mutual diversity guarding that issue pause for degree for the tissue
