any benefit of section 9 (court's sympathy?) if husband filed for divorce on false ground and we want to delay it as it is they who were at fault, or will it weaker my complain that it was they treated me badly then why i want to live with him? i know he will not live with me now, but to make him bear some pain that marriage is not a joke, he cannot get away with anything he do so easily. his father tried to sexually harass me (voice recording), my husband is a narc (voice recording of him threatening me), my mother in law taunted me for dowry (no evidence i have). the proofs i have i dont know are enough or not. but i have written all the incidences in detail so that i can remember all details clearly no matter how long case goes. i too want divorce but not on his fake grounds. i have filed for 125crpc, police complain. he is not returning stridhan, not giving any alimony, simply refusing. does court gives better alimony if the divorce is contested by husband?
