section 9 and 125 and 498a are running. she is not coming in section

SEction 9 is pending her advocates comes but she is not coming and they are not submitting any response. I to fast track my case what should i do.

you have to try close the case and you win the case and you can file divorce case you can file a domestic violence case against her you can do so many things to do with the best fir case you can file section 10 hindu marriage act for judicial sapration
