Sir my question is mere or meri family par ladki k father ki taraf se already 326A ka alligation lga hua or hum bail pr bahar h ab women cell se call aya h k aapke upr FIR hui h 498A k against to sir isme kya hga
My question here is, from which state did you receive that call?
Actually as per the judgment of Hon'ble SC there is no need of arrest in cases of 498A. So if you talk about Delhi, here no arrest takes place in such cases but state to state this practice varies

jis FIR mein aap bail per ho vo 498A ki FIR se different hei, ye appke against new FIR register ho gyi hei. Agar aap aur bhi jaankari lena chahte ho to aap mujhe call ker sakte ho ya fir meeting fix ker sakte ho for discussion of your cases .

Ismein aapko investigation join krni pdegi CAW cell jaakr aur fir accordingly proceedings chlengi.. and then police chargesheet file kregi court m.. aur fir trial chlega jismein aapko apne Advocate ko appear kraana pdega. Agar aap proper advise chahte hai toh humein aapka matter ek baar pura discuss krna pdegaa.
