Section 25(2) of Domestic Violence act

Dear,nIn DV case, interim maintenance order is passed and i would like to file an change of circumstance under section 25(2) of the dv act. will it be filed in the same court which ordered the interim maintenance or in a higher court.

Dear Client, You should approach the same court and file an amendment application and claim whatever you want to pursue and without facts and circumstances of the case not able properly about the said case.

Your question is whether if there has been a change in the circumstances of domestic violence, will we apply for maintenance in the same court or in the High CourtUnder the Domestic Violence Act, you will apply in the same court in which your interim maintenance order has been passed

it will be filed in the same court itself a proper description of the facts events and circumstances the case might even help you to go to the appellate court if you feel that injustice has been largely committed upon you to further uncertainty's you make contact me
